    'Let's use this unusual event as a starting point for discussions about safety, responsibility, and the importance of following our community's driving laws,' the agency wrote.

    This occurred four months after a 12-year-old boy stole a forklift truck from a middle school in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and led police on what might have been one of the slowest police chases in history.
