Police say a Telford woman took $61,000 from an elderly man in Montgomery Township by stealing his debit card

A Telford woman who provided sexual services outside of the genitals to an elderly man in Montgomery Township is being charged with felonies for taking $61,000 from the man between June and October of last year.

Tyler Nicole Green, also known as Destiny Dior, 32, of the 400 block of East Summit Street, has been summoned to face felony charges for identity theft, theft, deception, receiving stolen property, forgery, access device fraud, and possession of an access device knowing it belongs to another person, according to court records.

The criminal complaint filed by Montgomery Township Police on Feb. 14, states that the male victim reported on Oct. 17, 2023 that $61,664 had been taken from his checking account using his debit card. He said he befriended a woman, identified as Green, who he paid for providing sexual services with him, according to the police.

He also said he gave Green access to his house without supervision, the complaint states.

The victim later found numerous purchases on his Citizen’s Bank debit card, involving payments made via CashApp to Tyler Green or Destiny Dior. Investigators found that Green used both names on her CashApp account, according to charging documents.

Records showed CashApp payments using the victim’s debit card paying Green from a “Khi Williams,” police said. It was found that Williams was paying Green, but police alleged that Williams is just a name used by Green to essentially pay herself with the debit card.

Police said Green also tried to cash a $10,000 check belonging to the victim, which was rejected by the bank.

Bank statements allegedly showed that the debit card was used to make several purchases at a North Wales-based apparel company called S.T.R.O.N.G., but when police found the website, they said it was run by Green and did not function for purchases. The report states that investigators clicked the “Contact Us” link on the website, which sent an email to Green. After receiving the email, Green allegedly called police and she told them the business was no longer in operation and had not been for a year.

As a result, police said there should have been no way that the victim’s debit card could have been used for a legitimate purchase on the website.

Furthermore, police found that the S.T.R.O.N.G. website sold Lux Lux Fragrance, and tied it to debit card payments made directly to Luv Lux Fragrance. Green allegedly used the debit card to make over $12,000 in purchases from the S.T.R.O.N.G. website between June 29, 2023 and July 19, 2023, along with two debit purchases for $2,100 to Luv Lux Fragrance.

Police said that between June 26, 2023 and October 13, 2023, there were 24 CashApp purchases made to either Green or Dior, with multiple purchases made in one day, for amounts ranging from $300 to $8,500.

Investigators said the victim was in a fragile state when he met Green, as his girlfriend had died and he had medical issues. While the victim was in the hospital from Sept. 20, 2023 to Oct. 3, 2023, Green reportedly kept using his debit card to pay herself, according to the police.

Court records show that Green has previously been found guilty of theft four times in Bucks County between 2016 and 2019, and was also convicted of retail theft in Montgomery County in March 2022.

According to court records, a preliminary hearing is scheduled before Magisterial District Judge Andrea Duffy on April 30 at 10:30 a.m. Bail details are not available as Green's arraignment will take place at the hearing next month.

This story was created from public court records, and it's important to remember that all suspects and defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty.
