Ange Postecoglou has denied any concerns about Son Heung-Min's finger injury, but mentioned that Pape Sarr has a back issue and Richarlison is set to be sidelined for a few weeks due to a knee problem.
Spurs had a successful day on Saturday by coming from behind to defeat Crystal Palace 3-1, with three late goals from Timo Werner, Cristian Romero and Son.
The South Korean star hurt his finger in a dispute with international teammates during the Asian Cup, but it has not hindered him since he returned to London. Postecoglou responded in his typical manner when asked if it was a problem.
'It's a finger, even if he loses it, it won't really matter. He can still play, he's fine,' stated the Australian.
However, Richarlison will be unavailable for most of March due to a knee injury sustained in the recent defeat to Wolves.
The Brazilian will be aiming to recover in time for his country's friendly against England on 23 March. When asked if the forward would be fit for international duty, Postecoglou could not confirm.
'I have no idea,' remarked the Spurs boss. 'We still have around two weeks to go before then. As I mentioned yesterday, it's two to three weeks…
'It's a week-to-week situation. But with national teams, it's clear that if they want him to participate, he will, if they consider him fit he goes, if not, he returns to us.
'I'm not going to try to do something deceitful about it. If he's ready to go, he goes, if not he'll be with us. It's a fine line from what I understand so far, I think I said three-to-four weeks, it happened a week ago, so it'll be around that time.'
Pape Sarr came off the bench in the win over the Eagles on Saturday, but his manager admitted that the midfielder is dealing with a back problem.
'He's had a bit of a back problem since he returned from the Africa Cup of Nations,' he explained about the 21-year-old. 'He's been managing it and it's improving but it's not completely resolved, so we're working on it with him.
'It doesn't stop him from training, he's still been training, but it does limit him, it's something we're consistently addressing, but from what I understand he'll be okay. As I said, he hasn't missed any training, so it's just something we're addressing with him.'
