Constitutional Court agrees to review disbanding Move Forward

The Constitutional Court has announced today that it will review a request to dissolve the opposition Move Forward party. The Election Commission (EC) filed a complaint and application after the court previously ruled in January that the party and its then leader, Pita Limjaroenrat, violated the law by proposing changes to Section 112 of the Criminal Code and advocating for the amendment bill.
