    The scores and highlights from high school games on Wednesday

    ROUNDUP

    BASEBALL

    Freshman Max Boehm pitched for five innings, allowing only three hits and one run. This helped Wellesley (4-1) easily win 7-1 against Medway in a nonleague game. John Sellon struck out nine batters in a complete game, and Steve Madden got three RBIs with two hits, leading Abington (5-1) to a 5-3 win over Cardinal Spellman. Sean Davock, with a double and three RBIs, and Brett Mulligan, with a complete game, one earned run, and seven strikeouts, led Catholic Memorial to a 6-3 victory over Franklin. Max King pitched six shutout innings, and Hayden Regan, Peter Brooks, and Jake Joyce fueled the Braintree offense in an 8-0 win over Brockton. Jack Sarno pitched a complete game with eight strikeouts, leading St. John’s Prep to a 4-0 shutout of Mansfield, with two RBIs from Nic Lembo and Will Shaheen. St. Mary’s (Lynn) (5-0) came back from a 5-0 deficit to defeat Without Walls (DC), 6-5, with a triple from Michael Demaino, a single from Jaiden Driscoll, and a walkoff double from Shea Newhall. Kyle Cummings hit a two-run triple and also picked up the win in throwing three shutout innings, as Tewksbury defeated Bedford, 4-2.

    Will Labrie struck out nine in six innings, allowing one run, and Maddex Mendoza got two RBIs, leading Dighton-Rehoboth to a 6-1 win over Fairhaven in South Coast Conference action. Dylan Bradley struck out four, allowed four hits and one earned run, while Lucas Tremblay got three hits and Nathan Levesque hit a three-run home run as Apponequet (4-0) beat Somerset Berkley, 6-3.

    Tyler Ladouceur hit a two-out, two-RBI double to tie the game in the 7th inning and went on to score the winning run, helping Bellingham (4-2) to a 4-3 Tri-Valley League win over Dover-Sherborn.

    In a Middlesex League game, Nate Vitarisi hit a two RBI double as Reading defeated Arlington, 5-2.

    Will Trach pitched a complete game, two-hit shutout with nine strikeouts, as Shawsheen shut out Greater Lowell, 3-0, in the Commonwealth Conference. Kellen Tesini threw a no-hitter with 10 strikeouts for Lowell Catholic in a 3-0 win over Whittier.

    Ian Born pitched for five innings, striking out 11 batters for Somerville in an 8-0 win over Lynn Classical in Greater Boston League play.

    BOYS LACROSSE

    Ryan Woeller and Ryan O’Donnell each scored three goals as Barnstable defeated Plymouth North, 13-6. Mac Edgerton scored six goals as Manchester-Essex won 14-4 over Woburn. Cam Guedner scored a hat trick as Tewksbury won 11-5 against Amesbury.

    Will Levrault led the offense with four goals for Apponequet in a South Coast Conference win over Old Rochester Regional, 9-4.

    GIRLS LACROSSE

    Shannon Balfe and Bailey Kelly each scored six goals to help lead Whitman-Hanson to a 16-9 win over Archbishop Williams in a nonleague matchup. Grace Maroney scored the winning goal (her sixth of the game) with 14.5 seconds remaining to give Hingham a 10-9 win over Medfield.

    SOFTBALL

    Sophie Glavine hit a grand slam to help Lexington win 11-6 against Winchester in the Middlesex League. Erin McCarthy singled, doubled and tripled, while Eva Boudreau and Alli Mcelligot each had three hits and Izzy Maila struck out eight batters in six innings as Wilmington defeated Melrose 17-0. Madison King hit a double and two singles, while Sophia Marshall had three hits and three RBI to lead Burlington (4-2) to a 12-6 win over Wakefield.

    In a nonleague game, Lucy Latour had two doubles, two singles, two RBI, and scored three times to lead Dighton-Rehoboth over Fairhaven 12-2. Seventh-grader Maddy Andrade hit a walk-off single to give Latin Academy an 11-10 win over Boston Latin. Paige Taylor (one RBI, one run), Devon Morris (two runs), Taylor Marino (two RBI), and Katie Berg (two RBI, one run) led the offense for Oliver Ames to defeat East Bridgewater 7-6 in eight innings. Mylee Ramer pitched a gem with 14 strikeouts, no walks and three hits, and Caitlyn Deveny went 2-for-3 with five RBI and a three-run home run to end the game as Bishop Feehan beat Bridgewater-Raynham 13-0 in five innings.

    In a Greater Boston League game, Nevaeh Eth (one HR, six RBI, four runs), Emma Chevalier (two RBI, two runs), and Mckenna Duncan (one run) helped Lynn Classical beat Somerville 21-2.

    Molly McDowell, Jackie Giordano and Kaylie Feldberg each drove in two runs, and Sophia Alvarez struck out nine batters and gave up five hits and one earned run over six innings as Brooks won 13-1 against Rivers in the Independent School League.

    Meg Pereira went 3-for-3 with a home run as Case won 17-2 against Bourne in the South Coast Conference. Genesis Nunes (3-for-4, three RBI, three runs), Emma Machado (3-for-4, two RBI, two runs), Zoe Teixeira (2-for-3, two RBI, two runs), and Janiah Cooper (2-for-3, three runs) had strong offensive performances for Greater New Bedford in a 17-3 victory over Old Rochester.

    In the Mayflower League, senior Mia Bradshaw (2-for-4, four RBI) and freshman Ally Blanchard (2-for-3, three RBI), led an offensive explosion to help South Shore Tech beat Bristol Aggie 18-14.

    VOLLEYBALL

    Larry Claudio provided 20 assists for Revere in a 3-0 Greater Boston League win over Everett.

    Armaan Chowdhury had eight kills, five blocks and two aces, while Marco Gomez Cabo finished with 26 assists, seven kills and four blocks as Andover defeated Essex Tech 3-0 in a nonleague match.
