The first teaser for American Horror Story: Delicate – Part Two is out now, featuring a passionate kiss between Kim Kardashian and Emma Roberts.
The current season of the horror anthology show was divided in two, with the first part airing at the end of last year.
Despite causing surprise with the announcement of her casting, Kim managed to impress viewers with her portrayal of creepy PR maven Siobhan Corbyn, whose job is to ensure that rising actress Anna Alcott (Emma) achieves superstardom.
In the preview for the upcoming episodes, which premiere on FX on April 3, their relationship shifted from friendly to painful very quickly.
‘I’m going to give you the life of your dreams. What would you give up for it?,’ Siobhan teased her co-star, who simply replies: ‘Anything.’
With that, she leaned in for a kiss before things take a chilling turn and became too much for Anna to deal with.
‘I can’t keep campaigning for this award, I can’t,’ she cried over dinner.
Having absolutely none of it, Siobhan reached across the table and loudly slaps her, warning: ‘I will not let you say another word about quitting.’
As the footage escalated, she described herself as ‘worse’ than a monster, and added in a cryptic voiceover: ‘Sometimes you have to snap a few necks.’
A creepy message flashed across the screen, informing viewers: ‘What’s coming can’t be stopped.’
Thankfully, we don’t have long to wait as the new episodes – which also feature Cara Delevingne and Michaela Jaé Rodriguez – air next month.
Fans flocked to social media to rave about the brief preview, sharing their excitement for part two.
Sea_Spread442 wrote on Reddit: ‘I’m so hyped this looks AMAZING.’
‘Are things finally going to happen this season? Either way, I’m excited,’ ToxicWolf_6584 agreed.
ShineeVest70 praised: ‘Kim is actually killing this acting thing. Love to see when she tries to show her potential range at some point.’
As Whtvrcasper added: ‘She’s the best part of this season tbh [sic].’
Details on Part Two have been kept under wraps but will delve further into Anna’s downward spiral, at the hands of her conniving publicist.
Ryan Murphy, who serves as show creator, previously opened up about what we can expect from the season, praising Kim’s ‘fun, stylish and ultimately terrifying role’ to the Hollywood Reporter.
‘This season is ambitious and unlike anything we have ever done.’
American Horror Story: Delicate – Part Two is released on April 3.
