An unknown player scored Saturday’s ‘Must Be Won’ jackpot after matching all six main numbers.
Two others matched five numbers and the bonus ball, winning a cool £1,000,000, The National Lottery revealed last night.
‘Will you be next?’ the charity asked on X.
The winning Lotto numbers were: two, 20, 34, 40, 48 and 59 as well as the bonus ball six.
The winner, who had draw number 2,942, has until August 29 to cash in the prize.
Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at The National Lottery, said: Brilliant news, one lucky ticket-holder has won tonight’s incredible £15,000,000 ‘Must Be Won’ Lotto jackpot!
‘What an exciting start to the month! Players are urged to check their tickets and to give us a call to claim tonight’s exciting jackpot prize.

But the Jackpot victor wasn’t the only winner of the night. Eighty-four ticket-holders matched five numbers, scoring £1,750, and 5,553 will be handed £140 for matching four numbers.
No players matched all five numbers to win the Lotto HotPicks, however, which uses the same numbers as the Lotto draw with a top prize of £35,000.
The winning Thunderball numbers were 15, 21, 22, 25, 30 and the Thunderball number was 10.
No players matched five numbers and the Thunderball to scoop the £500,000 top prize.
The success comes after another very, very lucky Lotto player won the £3,600,000 jackpot in last month’s Set For Life.
As much as winners have been known to succumb to the dreaded ‘Lotto Curse’, others still prefer the simple life.
Mark Gardiner, 61, won what was then the largest prize in the National Lottery’s history of £22,000,000 about 30 years ago.
Despite having a fair few zeroes in his bank account, he still works as a glazer.
‘But I do not have to take any nonsense,’ he told the Daily Mail last week, ‘and if I want to take a day off on a sunny day then I can.’
