Charlie Brooks, known for her role in EastEnders, is now joining Emmerdale actor in the UK tour of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Liam Fox The renowned actress, 42, played Janine Butcher in the soap on and off from 1999 to 2022.
Her most recent departure involved a dramatic confrontation with Linda (played by Kellie Bright) and her subsequent disappearance at sea. BBC The character Janine blamed Linda for her troubles and tried to kick Linda and her mother-in-law Shirley out of the pub.

The musical is based on the 1968 film of the same name, which in turn was adapted from a book by author Ian Fleming.
Liam left the ITV soap last year after his character Dan was jailed for eight years. Dan was jailed for the death of Lloyd Sawyer, who had been stalking Dan’s daughter Amelia and was killed by Dan in self-defense.
Liam revealed last month that he was staying with his former co-star Bhaskar Patel while performing in London.
In an Instagram post, he expressed excitement for the upcoming rehearsals for Chitty Chitty Bang Bang on Tour.
The production is based on the 1968 film of the same name starring Dick Van Dyke, which in turn was an adaption of a book written by James Bond author Ian Fleming four years earlier.
Charlie will be joined on stage by Emmerdale actor Liam Fox, known for his role as Dan Spencer, who is playing Grandpa Potts.
Liam left the ITV soap last year with Dan being jailed for eight years for the death of creepy Lloyd Sawyer (Matt Sutton).
Lloyd had been stalking Dan’s daughter Amelia (Daisy Campbell) and killed him with a single punch.
He revealed last month that he was staying with his former co-star Bhaskar Patel whilst performing in London.
In a sweet Instagram post he wrote: ‘First day of rehearsals for Chitty Chitty Bang Bang on Tour tomorrow, being looked after in London for the duration by my mucka Bhaskar Patel.’
