The food trucks will take control of Main Street in Manayunk.
More than 70 of the best food trucks and food sellers in the area will participate in the StrEAT Food Festival, one of the biggest in the country on April 21 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“Manayunk StrEAT Food Festival is one of the most expected springtime traditions in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania,” said Manayunk Development Corp. events coordinator Caitlin Marsilii. “We are excited to bring the event back for 2024 with one of our largest line-ups ever, with 70-plus food trucks and gourmet vendors. We wanted to really go big this year as we host our yearlong Manayunk bicentennial celebration.”
This year's menu will offer pizza, tacos, lobster, burgers, ravioli, dumplings, pickles, pound cake, corn on a stick, bacon on a stick, grilled cheese, wok bowls and more.
The event will also feature shopping vendors, local artists and makers, Manayunk merchants, live music and other enjoyable surprises. Main Street Manayunk will be closed to vehicle traffic to allow all visitors a chance to explore the historic neighborhood.
There is no fee for the rain-or-shine event and all food and drinks are pay-as-you-go. For event information and updates, visit https://manayunk.com/events.

In addition to outdoor food and sips, visitors can also enjoy music from six different acts during the festival at the Shurs Lane and Green Lane stages. Look for a who’s who of the local music scene, including The Tisburys, Maggie Mae, Stella Ruze, Emily Drinker, Henry Golden and Blank Pages.
Meanwhile, all the local shops will be open throughout the festival.
