Based on the spring finale on Tuesday, it seems like the Red Sox's strong hitters are prepared for the regular season.

Rafael Devers hit his fifth home run of the spring and Trevor Story ended an impressive spring at the plate by contributing to Red Sox's 4-1 victory against the Texas Rangers in the team's final exhibition game of spring training.

Devers hit a solo home run in the first inning and ended the day with a 1 for 2 record. Story also went 1 for 2, finishing the spring with a .380 batting average and 1.088 OPS. Masataka Yoshida had a perfect 2 for 2 performance, Triston Casas came off the bench and went 0 for 1 with a walk, and Ceddanne Rafaela went 0 for 1 with a sacrifice fly and a great diving catch in center field.

Key Red Sox relievers Kenley Jansen and Chris Martin made their final appearances, showing readiness for the upcoming games. Jansen pitched a flawless seventh inning, marking three consecutive scoreless outings since last Friday, and Martin pitched a scoreless eighth, making it two straight scoreless appearances after a challenging start in spring.

Richard Fitts, a pitching prospect obtained in the Alex Verdugo trade, started the game and delivered 3.1 scoreless innings, allowing two hits and a walk along with three strikeouts. Isaiah Campbell finished his flawless spring with a scoreless 0.2 innings and two strikeouts, maintaining a streak of nine consecutive outings in camp without allowing runs. Greg Weissert pitched a scoreless inning and Josh Winckowski gave up one run in his 0.2 innings of work.

The Red Sox ended with a 19-12-3 record in the spring and will kick off the season on Thursday night against the Seattle Mariners. Brayan Bello from Boston will be up against Seattle's Luis Castillo, with the first pitch scheduled for 10:10 p.m. ET.
