The future seems very promising for David Potts after winning Celebrity Big Brother 2024. David, 30, became the winner of Celebrity Big Brother in 2024.

David, 30, was one of the final contestants along with Nikita Kuzmin, Colson Smith, Louis Walsh, and Fern Britton, and millions of people watched and voted for the Ibiza Weekender alum to win.

As a result, Strictly Come Dancing pro Nikita came in second, while Coronation Street favorite Colson came in third place.

Controversial X Factor judge Louis came fourth, while daytime TV icon Fern was the first to be eliminated in fifth place.

To borrow a word from David’s own vocabulary, viewers were very excited to see him as the champion, having provided hours of comedic entertainment and numerous memes.

Following David’s win, a PR expert shared details on what he could earn and the type of opportunities that might come his way – indicating that David will likely continue appearing on TV. Metro.co.uk How much is David Potts’ net worth?

Details about David’s current net worth are uncertain.

David’s net worth is estimated to be between £1million and £5million, which is not surprising considering his recent work on British TV.

In addition to Ibiza Weekender, he is best known for returning as a rep to ITV2 reality series Kavos Weekender. He has also appeared on Celebrity Dinner Date, Celebs on the Farm, Celebs Go Dating, CelebAbility, and The Cabins, among other shows.

Furthermore, David is familiar with Big Brother, having been a panelist on Late & Live several times for the 2023 civilian series.

Kayley Cornelius, a PR expert, stated: ‘With the public's attention on David Potts after his successful time in the Celebrity Big Brother house, David now finds himself in a valuable but limited timeframe where he can choose the direction of his career, as many new opportunities will surely arise for the Ibiza Weekender star.’

On potential TV job opportunities, she explained: ‘Like many stars who have won a popular show like Big Brother, the next appearances they usually make are on morning TV, such as This Morning, BBC Breakfast, Lorraine, and Loose Women. Betfred‘These shows follow a strict schedule and budget, so David will likely be offered a flat fee. This fee will largely depend on the length of the segment, but he could easily expect to earn anywhere from £500 to £5,000 per appearance.’

However, she is not worried about this being the end of David’s TV career.

‘Throughout the year, we could see David appearing on other TV shows such as Celebrity Gogglebox and Saturday Night Takeaway, or participating in celebrity specials of game shows like The Chase, Hunted, and Catchphrase. He may even be a strong contender for I’m A Celebrity.

‘All of these opportunities would come with a much higher price, meaning David could easily expect a five or even six-figure payment per feature.’

Kayley also said: ‘Moreover, if David keeps becoming well-known in reality TV, he definitely has the charm to get a job as a host in the near future.

‘I fully expect him to make a return to regular Big Brother in the autumn to help AJ Odudu and Will Best present the Late & Live aftershow, which could again lead to another five-figure deal for David.’

Kayley thinks David’s time in the CBB house will have also given him great attention on social media.

For instance, less than one hour after winning, his Instagram following was on 337,000. Less than 24 hours later, he had already risen to 354,000.

‘David’s time on Big Brother will undoubtedly have given his social media accounts a boost in followers, and with online discussions focused on him,’ said Kayley.

‘This is his prime time to create content and engage with his fans to keep his online community alive, which will play a big role in helping him land future opportunities on and off the screen.’

Additionally, she predicts ‘a variety of brands, big and small’ will be flooding his manager’s inbox with offers, looking for him to promote their products to his followers.

‘Payment for influencer collaborations can vary greatly depending on the size of the talent’s following, the length of the partnership, and the content required from the brand. These deals can pay as little as £100, with the potential to pay hundreds of thousands.’

    So, what else lies ahead?

‘Looking longer term, I believe David will plan on returning to acting and could potentially become the face of any new and upcoming sitcoms,’ Kayley teased.

‘Depending on the size of the role he lands, he could be looking at earning anywhere from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands for each part.’

From daytime TV to comedy acting, the world is David’s oyster…
