Exchange your previously loved items for money or browse for various deals while raising money for Fallsington Library at the community yard sale in Falls Township this spring.

The community yard sale will take place on Saturday, April 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Falls Township Community Park, offering a chance to declutter your closets or discover new items from different vendors.

The money earned from selling table space will be given to Fallsington Library. Charlene Rendeiro, the director, mentioned that the proceeds will greatly support the library's general funding, including its free community programs that about 1,500 people enjoy annually.

Funds will also be allocated for the library's book-buying budget and to assist in installing a chairlift for easier access to the library's second floor.

    If you go

The Community Yard Sale in Falls Township will be held on April 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Falls Township Community Park, 9050 Mill Creek Road, Levittown. Tables can be reserved for $20 or two tables for $35 by visiting the Falls Township Parks and Recreation website, FallsTwpRec.com.

    About Fallsington Library

The Fallsington Library Company was established in 1800 and was formally incorporated in 1802. In 1879, the non-profit group relocated to its Federalist-style building on 139 Yardley Ave. The second floor was used as a community hall, hosting various events and activities.

The Fallsington Library takes pride in serving Fallsington and nearby communities. It is a full-service lending library that also offers engaging family activities and makes its historical facility available to the public for meetings. The library's affiliation with the Bucks County Free Library provides patrons with full access to the entire BCFL catalog.
