EastEnders star Danny Dyer has shared how he shed weight by practicing intermittent fasting.

Danny, 46, stated that he's lost around a stone by following a regimen that allows him to eat and drink as he likes for eight hours, as long as he fasts for the following 16 hours and also drinks water.
