    Singer Billie Eilish, “Poor Things” star Ramy Youssef, director Ava DuVernay, and Mark Ruffalo are using their Oscars outfits to make a statement about the Israel-Hamas conflict, wearing pins advocating for a truce.

    The stars were spotted on the red carpet at the 96th annual Academy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday.th During the event, they wore red pins to show collective endorsement for a prompt and lasting truce, the release of hostages, and urgent delivery of humanitarian aid to civilians in Gaza, as stated by the organization Artists4Ceasefire. according to The New York Times.

    “We’re advocating for the safety of everyone involved. And we really desire enduring justice and peace for the Palestinian people,” Youssef mentioned in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

    This is not the first occasion that an artist connected to Artists4Ceasefire has called for a truce during a major Hollywood awards show in the midst of the conflict between Israel and Hamas.
